The evaluation process at Zaitoon Academy (ZA) encompasses various aspects of students' personality development. It includes both scholastic and co-scholastic areas, making it comprehensive in nature. Evaluation is continuous and regularly highlights students' strengths and areas for improvement, providing learners with valuable opportunities to understand and enhance their skills. This process also offers feedback to teachers, enabling them to modify their teaching strategies according to individual student needs.
To gain a complete understanding of each child's learning journey, assessments at ZA focus on their ability to acquire desired skills across different subject areas while fostering individual interests and attitudes.
The assessments aim to achieve the following objectives:
- To help develop cognitive, psychomotor, and affective skills.
- To integrate evaluation into the teaching and learning process.
- To utilize evaluation for the improvement of student achievement and teaching strategies based on regular diagnostics followed by remedial instruction.
- To employ evaluation as a quality control measure to maintain desired performance standards.
